Method
- Boil the water in a pot, add 1 tbsp of salt and then add the spaghetti and boil, and follow the instructions on the package (usually 12 minutes).
- Finely chop onion, carrot, green bell pepper, and chorizo.

- Heat the frying pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the chopped onions and stir-fry them until the onion turns translucent.

- Add chorizo and stir-fry them, and then add the carrots and keep stir-frying. Add the green bell pepper after the carrots are almost cooked. Stir-fry thoroughly.
- Move ingredients to side of pan and add half a tbsp of oil. Add 2.5 tbsp of ketchup and stir-fry the ketchup with the oil for a minute.

- Drain the boiled spaghetti and save a little pasta water. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water to the sauce, then add pasta and mix everything together well. It's ready!ย We hope you enjoy your "TOKYOFLAVORS, NEW YORK STYLE" meal!ย Itadakimasu!

Notes
If you are using bacon instead of chorizo, sausage, or ham, stir-fry it first until itโs starting to get crispy, then toss in the onionsโyum!
Make sure carrots are nice and soft before adding the green bell pepper, and donโt overcook the bell pepperโit should still have a little crunch.
Not a spaghetti fan? Linguini works perfectly too!
Want to jazz it up? Top your dish with Parmesan cheese, a sprinkle of parsley, and some black pepper for extra flavor.
